Guest Accommodation

There are 32 luxury guest rooms available for your guests to book. Each room sleeps 2 people (64 guests). We have a further 20 camping sites, again each sleeping a maximum of 2 people (40 guests). In total 104 of your guests can stay onsite.

Babies are welcome to stay in the rooms with their parents. We have 5 portacots that can be requested. Parents are responsible for assembling the portacots and providing bedding and linen. We do not have trundles or camp beds- parents are required to bring their own blow-up mattresses & bedding for children.

No, ​included within the venue hire, our stunning bridal suite with adjoining bridal lounge salon is the perfect place for you and your bride tribe to get ready. We also have the Den, the ideal place for your partner to get ready which is equipped with a foosball table and 2 murphy beds should you wish to spend the night before apart! However if you for any reason wish to book an additional room you are very welcome to. You can either do so through the portal, or let us know and we can invoice you for this.

Guest accommodation is not included in the venue hire fee. However, when you book Kangaroo Valley Bush Retreat, all 32 guest rooms are instantly reserved for your wedding festival. This means your family and friends can book and pay for their rooms directly, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to stay onsite and enjoy the full experience with you.

When you book the venue, all 32 guest rooms are instantly reserved for your wedding festival, giving your family and friends the chance to book and pay for their stay directly. If at time of booking you let us know you might not be able to book out one or two rooms, we can make an arrangement. Camping sites remain completely optional.

No, all bookings are for a minimum of 2 nights. However, if you wish to allow some of your guests just to stay for one night, and you are willing to cover the difference in cost on behalf of the guest, please let us know and we can arrange this. However we suggest you instead offer the room to other guests who would be happy to stay for the 2 nights.

Absolutely you lovely things! Just let us know how many rooms, and we will invoice you then remove those nominated rooms from being available to book.

Yes! If you would like to contribute towards the accommodation cost that is no problem. Just let us know how much you would like to pay. We will then invoice you and reduce the cost of the accommodation rate accordingly.

Guest rooms are grouped together in luxury cabins surrounding the Dam and we let our couples nominate which rooms their guests are staying in. Therefore we are unable to take particular room requests. There are 2 fully accessible rooms.

There are 24 queen beds, 4 twin rooms (2 single beds) and 4 interchange rooms that can be twin or king beds. The guests cannot request a particular bedding configuration- as their bedding type will be dictated by which room the bridal couple allocate to them.

In that instance please advise the 2 individuals that they will be sharing a room- and delegate just one of them to book the room through the portal. They can reimburse their friend for their share in the room cost directly.

The rooms have beautiful white crisp bed linen, fluffy towels, toiletries, hair dryer, and seating area. Each guest cabin has a shared kitchenette/ lounge area with tea & coffee making facilities (including coffee pods, milk, sugar & tea bags), fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron & ironing board. There is also a lovely outdoor seating area for each cabin.

We can accommodate a maximum of 2 campervans in lieu of 2 tents. At time of booking the guest will need to let us know that they wish to bring a caravan instead of a tent.

While the sites are unpowered - we have a luxury amenities with male, female and disabled access. Iron, ironing boards and hairdryers will be available. Guests are to bring their own camping set up, including tents, linen, towels and toiletries. Anyone camping can make use of the guest kitchen for making hot drinks or food.

Often on the arrival day our couples host a welcome event such as a BBQ perhaps followed by a bonfire in the Boma (Firepit)! The next morning guests may lounge by the pool, enjoy the games area, go for local bushwalks, arrange to go kayaking or golfing or explore the town. Then they will enjoy the beautiful celebrations into the early hours. The next morning couples often host some sort of a recovery meal, followed by a glorious late checkout! It is the perfect mini break for your guests to enjoy!

You as the booking couple have exclusive access to our venue from 2pm on your arrival day until 2pm on your departure day (unless otherwise specified). In order to allow you time to get settled & unpacked we have listed the guest accommodation check in time of 3pm and the check out time of 1pm.

We are a self check in venue. Before your wedding we will be in touch to request your room configurations with guest names. We will design a print out and have this displayed at the welcome board, with simple directions for your guests to follow.
