Laura & Ryan celebrated with family and friends at Kangaroo Valley Bush Retreat, creating a wedding weekend that felt relaxed, personal and distinctly Australian. With guests travelling from overseas, including Laura’s family and friends from Wales, the setting left a lasting impression on everyone. From the ancient Rock Cathedral to the lush greenery and sweeping valley views, KVBR gave them the space to celebrate exactly the way they wanted.

In their own words:

"From the moment I sent the very first email to enquire about viewing KVBR I was met with such fantastic customer service. We completely fell in love with the natural beauty of the property and how pristine the facilities were.

The service from Sorcha and Jack was absolutely incredible throughout. They made what can be a very stressful time so much easier. They were so efficient, professional, accommodating, and provided such a comprehensive welcome pack which helped eased the pressure and decision making! They are also the most friendly and kind people that truly cared about us and our special day.

They made wedding planning an enjoyable process with their easy to use guides, templates, key things to remember, and clear communication.

The property itself is magnificent. A luxury retreat in the bush providing the most magical experience not only for us as a couple to mark the start of our next chapter but also for our guests. I am originally from Wales in the UK and had many friends and family fly in from overseas for the wedding. They said they've never seen any place like this!

We couldn't have wished for a more perfect location for our wedding. A true Aussie landscape, unique in every way from the incredible ancient rock cathedral, to the lush greenery and panoramic views over the valley. It was a fairytale come true and I wish I could do it all over again!

KVBR allowed us the ability to plan a wedding weekend just the way we wanted. Having the property for the full weekend with the beautiful onsite accommodation for all of our special people meant we had more time with our guests, lots more fun and even more memories made!

It was the best weekend of our lives and I cannot thank the KVBR team enough for helping make our dreams a reality."
