Whether your suppliers are from our accredited list, or you have received one off approval for them, please complete the below form with all the details of your suppliers that you are using over the duration of the 3 days. We require this form to be competed in detail for each supplier so that we have a record of everyone who is on our property incase of an emergency- this will be provided to the onsite property managers. If you don't have a supplier from a particular category, just write N/A.
Please remember - Any supplier not listed on our accredited supplier list must obtain prior permission before working at the venue, even if they have previously worked onsite. One-off accreditations must be approved by KVBR before you secure & pay a deposit to your supplier.
