We can comfortably accommodate between 20-46 guests in a team building environment. The maximum we can accommodate are 68 guests.

The property’s laid-back ambience, magnificent views and diverse recreational opportunities are especially conducive to relaxation and creative inspiration from your delegates. In addition, with exclusive use of the property for the duration of your conference, your team won’t be distracted by other guests or occupants.

Groups can enjoy invigorating on-site activities between sessions including beautiful cross-property bush walking trails, river walks, swimming, mountain biking and canoeing – then, when the sun goes down, they can reminisce around a roaring campfire underneath the stars, perfect for unwinding and recharging.

At Kangaroo Valley Bush Retreat, we offer professional half-day or full-day team-building modules to encourage and inspire effective team work amongst your conference guests.

The Kangaroo Valley Bush Retreat Conference Hall

The Conference function room and adjoining enclosed pergola to the main guest lodge is the perfect venue for your upcoming conference. It’s a relaxed yet very well appointed room which can be set up to your specifications. It offers seating for up to 50 guests, and a further 60 can be seated in the pergola. In winter this hall also has a built in fireplace. This area is serviced by a magnificent new commercial kitchen that can cater for up to 100 guests.

Successful meetings provide food for thought, which is why the Bush Retreat catering packages offer delectable, seasonally changing menus that are healthy and hearty. Refreshment breaks are continually replenished with options that satisfy hunger throughout the day while keeping the mind focused.

Its all yours

At Kangaroo Valley Bush Retreat you won’t share the property with other guests. Put simply, you own the entire 100 acres for the duration of your stay.

Follow the beautiful bush and river trails, enjoy a bottle of local wine as you take in the breathtaking escarpment view, reminisce around a roaring log fire under a stunning star-filled sky, lounge by the pool or catch your own dinner in the bountiful Kangaroo River.

Accommodation

A well-rested mind is a sharp and productive one – between 20-68 guests can be accommodated at our venue.

The main guest lodge encompasses two spacious levels with 8 Bedrooms, sleeping between 12 – 24 guests. The guest Lodge also has a fully contained kitchen.

In addition to the main guest lodge, there are 8 comfortable private cabins with bedding that can be completely configured to suit your guest accommodation needs. All the cabins can sleep between 12 – 44 guests depending on configuration. Imagine the whole property at your disposal and the full use of all our accommodation.
